I hear good things about their products, even though one of their products made me terribly ill. But that had bad reviews anyway. Don’t know why I tried it.
The smell was strong, kinda scared me about the taste lol
But I did read that it’s awesome for recovery.
Maybe I’ll look into their products. I know I want to try Xpel for sure, not that you have any use for it anyway.
Ha I was thinking about doing the Superhero thing. Wrote down the circuits yesterday to try out someday. Now that Count Lover did it, I gotta do it. I’ll try to find a day to sneak that in. Maybe Sunday.
If an immortal had to stop after 4 rounds, I suppose it is some tough shit.
I’ve. Used xpel a few times. I AM an wrestler, remember? Duretics were on the menu all throughout the winter months during high school. Because of them, I never missed a weigh in. Haha
Asparagus will help you drop water too. Its why I eat so much of it. Its ike.6 Dollars and that should last a week vs whatever xpel is. There’s also the fiber and nutrient bonus.
MHP makes a nice burner too called anadrox that I like. Its an N.O. Thermo stack…love it.
Once I was taking anadrox and it made me sick too. Like summer 07…no problems with it since and I’ve used it twice.
I guess there are bad batches of every supp from all companies floating around.
As for the superhero thing, its off the wall. I’m determined to get to 6 and beyond now.
I didn’t know you were a wrestler, I thought you were lying just to try to “wrestle” me. 0:-)
Yeah I know asparagus is a diuretic but there’s only so much of that I can take. Then again, 4 pills twice a day for the Xpel. That’s why I’m stalling. Ugh.
I prefer not to take my chances with their fatburners anymore. That’s the day that I threw up. I felt like shit all day.
I took a week off thermos, picked back up again with a thermo that I’m digging so far.
Aww 4 rounds of the Superhero?
Maybe vamps aren’t meant to be heroes innocent
I’m teasing, you’re wicked awesome and I’m so anxious to try it.

What thermo you on now?
And are you gonna be using a sled? If you dont have one at your gym loop a jump rope through some plates and do the drahs that way
lol not sure what you’d do for the sled push though
I sent you a PM with the name of the thermo. I don’t promote specific supps
I push and pull plates so I think I got that covered. I get a huge shirt, put some plates on the shirt(I’ve been doing 3 45# plates) and push it in a crouched position then use the sleeves to pull it.

For those who aren’t fortunate enough to have gyms with sleds and prowlers and trapeze artists and chains, my method works fine. And burns your heart just the same. So

Get on the treadmill - dont turn it on - get up on your toes and drive - the belt moves and resists because you didnt turn it on - congrats, you have made an impromptu sled push
Now turn around and drive it “away” from you and you have a sled drag.
