aaaand, I looked around the room where all the “extras” are…and I found bands…yea, I was going to buy some but no longer need to…should have figured if they had chains and all that other shit then bands were a MUST!

Yes I agree shoulder press with bands is of the awesome.

I’m just trying to figure out how that would even work. I cant find any mentions of it on google…ya kno, for the set up.

I actually set up the shoulder press seated in the cage, standing, the tension would be ridonkulous. But bringing a bench in the cage and setting the bars on a pin or slot that is collarbone level was pretty good. and then attaching the bands around them and then at the bottom of the cage (some prefer using DBs but I like attaching it to the bottom of the bench or cage). I felt more comfortable doing a behind the neck presses, I used the light bands and a plate on each side, sometimes after my MP, it was good.
