dude if youre going to drink that lipton green tea, try and find the diet version. itll have as much of the green tea extract as the other, without that added sugar, and to me it tastes almost exactly the same. that said, there are better diet green teas to drink if youre drinking it for the fat burning element, i assume you are with the HOT-ROX.

I normally go for an unflavored one but my roommate had a few boxes so I’ve been using them. I didn’t know they made a diet version though, I’ll pick some up today. Thanks for that!

Shoulder problem lead me to innovation today. I have played with this idea for a while and finally put it to use. The set up is the same as a cable (mid) crossover but bent 90 degrees at the waist and instead of “closing” to the front you push straight out.

I love it over the dumb bell/barbell presses for he reason of “unracking” and it just seems more effective…idk lol

it’s limit is I’ll be maxing out the 200 pound rack and my gym is bitchy about stack dumb bells on top of the stack…will deal with that when the time comes…maybe this movement will fix my shoulder

Watch your back because the next man is coming and you dont know when or if the next man is coming.

How are you liking those barbell circuits you do? I’ve actually been reading articles from this site on stuff like that [and tabata, etc] and considering doing them for conditioning/fat loss.

And maybe it’s because she IS too good for you…just don’t let her find out :D.

ugh, its only you!!!

The complexes are tough but very rewarding. Its weird to say but I actually feel leaner or lighter on my feet immediately after doing them. If you’ve ever done speed roping, the feeling is about the same. I’ve noticed that they do make my movements on noncomplex days more precise and fluid too. Amazing tools.

I don’t have to worry about her going anywhere, I read her diary. lol

Oh, man…sometimes I wanna punch her she’s so awesome!

Let’s take a trip through the darkness in all of us
Our final destination shall remain anonymous
We’re creeping through the forest on the path of no more consequences
Hiding from the ghosts and the goblins and the skeletons…
You never know when your time is up
You never know when youre gonna die
So say your prayers and pack your bags
And kiss the ones you love goodbye

Now follow me down into the deep
Who knows what we will find
Come on lets take a trip to a place where the sun dont shine.

Walkin through the valley of the shadow of eternal darkness
Hoppin over coffins, often stoppin, talkin to the carcas
One particular one caught my eye, It was the angels body
Opened up her eyes, fantasized and got me thinkin naughty

Now shes got me lookin over my shoulder
Offering her sins for my soul so I told her

If you can share your body baby I can share the wine
Come on lets take a trip to a place where the sun dont shine

I love that quote, my dad used to tell me that just about everyday.

Yonkey, I’m just trying to create, ya know? Evolving into a darker soul and loving it. How about yourself?
