I wanted to know does arimidex or any other AI completely cancel the estrogenic side effects? Im asking for is test derivatives. Also i have studied that for test derivatives such as DBol u need to take AI as it aromatize and for DHT derivatives u have to take SERMs. Is this statement true?
An AI like arimidex or aromison will work for either situation. The need for said AI at any specific dose is person dependent.

Our study did not link high estradiol levels with diminished sexual performance. Paradoxically, patients with low estradiol below 42.6 pg/ml had more patients complaining of low libido as defined by ICD-9 of 799.81 in the problem list. Patients with higher estradiol levels above 42.6 pg/ml had less sexual dysfunction problems identified by their providers.
First you have to rule out the testosterone induced sodium reabsorption via the kidneys as the cause of symptoms before you can blame estrogen.
Estrogen is the go to scapegoat for symptoms experienced on TRT by countless men. Often times it’s unscientific and nothing more than speculation. One could argue that they took an AI and felt better, even though they are unaware that AI’s can act like diuretics to treat fluid retention caused by the TRT’s effects on the kidneys, causing fluid retention and anxiety and estrogen gets the blame.
No, that’s not true.
I’m not sure what you’re getting at with the question tho. Yes lowering e2 with an AI will help resolves symptoms related to high e2.
