I run 200 mg test cyp as a trt from my dr. After a big blast a year or so back I seem to by hyper sensitive to sore nipples or the water bloat. I’m chalking this up to high estrogen because of the symptoms.. I know I will probably hear it about not a Having my levels checked, but I will be getting them tested within the next week. My doctor always runs the tests, but leaves out the estrogen. I have since requested it.. I can’t seem to run anything over 200 without this being an issue. Is there an AI you guys would suggest to help combat this and what would you guess the dosage should be or I could Experiment with.
Thats a major red flag
Im not a Doc and im just telling you what one of them they would prescribed.
Anastrozole
Yeah they are just a pct I homestly think they would prescribe anything to anyone but my co pay is literally 5 buck and script is free. Thank you for the suggestion
Anastrozole or arimidex. Google them, do some research and pick one. Or you can pick both if you like. That’s what I do. One week 12.5mg aromasin, second week 0.5mg of anastrozole.
That’s also not TRT. 200 mg weekly isn’t TRT either. Which is why you have that symptom.
Shouldn’t you seek this from your doc?
It sounds like you are assuming it’s high e2 based on sides.
Splitting the dose across eod administrations and adding calcium d glucarate may help. I would not add an ai without actual blood work.
Most recommend clomid. You might try nolvadex also and see what works better. You want to take as minimal a dose as possible to treat your estrogenic negative symptoms or balance to blood. Typically both as sometimes blood doesn’t agree with our psychology.
Estrogen is not an enemy and plays a vital role in our health. You’ll know you’ve suppressed it too far when you have high T levels yet no libido, as a good example.
Anastrozole is what many reach for when dealing with sore nipples, but you should reach for that after nolvadex or clomid.
I have some clomid do you have a recommended dose
0 mg.
It tricks the body to think that estrogen is artificially lower than reality. It does not lower estrogen. Straight bro science. It’s used post cycle to regain fertility.
