Estradiol Levels 5 Weeks In

Hey guys

Just got my blood work done mainly for estrodial purposes.

On 750mg/week of sust and 300mg/week dhb. Was taking 0.5 mg of arimidex 3 days a week on injection days.

Blood work came in showing estrodial levels at
16.8 pg/ml. ( normal levels are from 13 to 42 pg\ml)

I have been feeling extra tired and even though my levels are within range. I was thinking of lowering the arimidex to 0.5mg twice a week ( m and f).

Any suggestions?

I dont like the way i feel on e2 when its on the low side.
I would keep the same frequency of arimidex but just half the dose, so just do 0,25mg 3 days a week - would be less of downs and ups the higher the frequency of anything oral :slight_smile:

Iā€™m not surprised you feel not great with e2 that low. I would go with Hanks advice, but I might skip a dose to let it come up a bit.
