Estimated body fat?

My guess is 14% to 15%, but that is just a number.

From your pic, IMO, you don’t need to be any fatter to gain muscle.

Should I cut more then lean bulk to the body fat I’m at then cut? I’m happy with my body fat now tbh this is what I’d like to be a max

This depends on your goals.

If you want to compete in Bodybuilding you will need to actually ā€œteachā€ your body to get into the single digits body fat while minimizing muscle loss.

If you have no intention of competing, I would recommend not cutting much further. Just focus on getting stronger and bigger, without getting fatter.

Thank you! Should I lean bulk I was thinking a .25-.5lb gain a week would be minimal fat and very easily just mini cut off

I never used that philosophy. I didn’t do the most effective ā€œbulkā€. After a contest I would rather quickly (eating most anything) return to the weight that I was before I started cutting for the contest. The. I just ate at maintenance level, and allowed muscle to grow while eating clean.

My non-contest diet was quite clean and at maintenance level, allowing muscle to slowly come to me.

I would warn you from falling into a yo-yo diet cycle.

To me a ā€œlean bulkā€ adds no fat, so there is no need for a mini cut.
