Essential Supplements?

We all have an idea of what we should be taking but what are the supplements that you NEED to be taking, and taking consistently!

At the moment I’m using quite a lot of supplements, I intend on cutting some of them out of my regiment all together

My ‘Staples’
Fish Oil
Protein
ZMA
Multivitamin
Vitargo (A lot of people are talking Surge up on this site, is it any use?)
BCAA’s

After them I dont consider anything else a ‘staple’

Creatine
NO Shotgun

If you think I’m mad taking all them feel free to let me know and give your opinions on what you’d drop or add in!

Elaboration needed

Essential means a “must have”.
Supplement means to “add on to”

Easily Afforded and cause decent impact…
Protein
Creatine
Fish Oil
Multi Vitamin

If you are training very hard and need to hit goals in a shorter amount of time you can add to the supplements but I know from experience that supplements will not make muscle, working out hard with a good program and eating well does. Thats 90+ percent of the growing equation. Supplements just aid growing!

Ah yes, the title of the thread could have been thought out more!
