Escalation in Israel

BTW, Falk’s 911 conspiracy theories are so deranged even Noam fucking Chomsky wouldn’t touch them.

“Richard Falk wrote to Chomsky and he said, 'I think you should read this manuscript. My friend David Griffin has been a great admirer of yours; he’s built on your work. He would love to have a blurb from you. Chomsky wrote back and said Dick, 'No, I will not read your friend Griffin’s book.”

Bismark said:
“Malnourished Palestinians aside, I believe our friend is referring to the Gaza blockade, which is almost universally held to be a breach of international law by scholars and practitioners of the discipline.”

You mean by liars and propagandists.
Israel sends TONS -approximately 10,000 tons weekly- of humanitarian aid into Gaza.
Even while they’re being bombed by Hamas rockets, 200 trucks of aid are being sent in there constantly.

As for the blockade, “scholars” etc have little to nothing to say about the blockade by Egypt of Gaza at the Rafah entrance. Curious, don’t you think?
They only object to blockades by Israel, even when thousands and thousands’worth of money and aid are being sent into Gaza.

Ever wonder where Palis get the candy they distribute when they hear of Jews being murdered or tortured? THAT is never mentioned in the sob-story propaganda…

So you choose to believe the bigot Falk rather than evaluate the substance of the Palmer report, despite the abundant qualifications of the writers, and you use the reasoning that Falk also has qualifications so should be listened to??
So they both have “qualifications” but you say that only one person’s commentary of the Israeli-Arab situation valid.
How very transparent, not to say disingenuous.

Jihad has been practiced against the Jews for centuries, against Israel for decades, and not just by Muslims. Falk is a terror-supporter and his anti Israel slime is only one of many examples of bigotry in the UN and elsewhere.

Sorry, this was just such a bald face lie, I couldn’t leave it alone.

Here:

Gaza/West bank has the 8th highest obesity rate in the world among men and the 3rd highest in the world among women with about half of the women being obese (higher than the USA)

Maybe it’s because the fast food restaurants all over Gaza/West Bank like, say Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken:

Seriously Pitt, are you a just a tremendous liar or just misinformed?
Malnourished Palestinians aside, I believe our friend is referring to the Gaza blockade, which is almost universally held to be a breach of international law by scholars and practitioners of the discipline.
Tell me, does anyone remember WHY the blockade was set up in the first place? Anyone?

Richard Falk posts anti-Semitic cartoon:

“The cartoon showed the Statue of Lady Justice carrying a sword. She (‘Justice’) was blindfolded. She had a dog beside her. She had the dog on a leash. The dog wore an Israel flag as a ‘doggie’ coat. It was angrily crunching on ‘Palestinian’ bones. The dog was simultaneously crushing Arab bones in its mouth–and urinating on Justice. The dog wore a kippa?the head-cap worn by religious Jews. The dog appeared to be grinning. It was destroying Arab bones and soiling Justice.”

Ha ha! Good one Dick! Tee hee!

Falk then deletes cartoon and denies all knowledge of it:

July 6, 10:38 AM - Falk: “It is a complete lie. I know nothing about such a cartoon, and would never publish such a thing, ever.”

UN Watch then retrieves it from google cache:

July 6, 1:42 PM - Falk: “I did not perceive any racist connotations, and certainly no anti-semitic implications, and since it offends people I have removed it without understanding why.”

Anti-Semitic cartoon? What are you talking about? I never posted any cartoon!

Oh, that cartoon. I didn’t realise you meant the one I deleted like 15 minutes ago. Well, I didn’t realise a dog in a kippa chewing on Arab bones was anti-Semitic. How could anyone think that? I just don’t understand.

Well, let’s see. First let me make sure I’ve got all the details of the official version straight.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, 19 men armed with boxcutters directed by a man on dialysis in a cave fortress halfway around the world using a satellite phone and a laptop directed the most sophisticated penetration of the most heavily-defended airspace in the world, overpowering the passengers and the military combat-trained pilots on 4 commercial aircraft before flying those planes wildly off course for over an hour without being molested by a single fighter interceptor.

These 19 hijackers, devout religious fundamentalists who liked to drink alcohol, snort cocaine, and live with pink-haired strippers, managed to knock down 3 buildings with 2 planes in New York, while in Washington a pilot who couldn’t handle a single engine Cessna was able to fly a 757 in an 8,000 foot descending 270 degree corskscrew turn to come exactly level with the ground, hitting the Pentagon in the budget analyst office where DoD staffers were working on the mystery of the 2.3 trillion dollars that Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld had announced “missing” from the Pentagon’s coffers in a press conference the day before, on September 10, 2001.

Luckily, the news anchors knew who did it within minutes, the pundits knew within hours, the Administration knew within the day, and the evidence literally fell into the FBI’s lap. But for some reason a bunch of crazy conspiracy theorists demanded an investigation into the greatest attack on American soil in history.

The investigation was delayed, underfunded, set up to fail, a conflict of interest and a cover up from start to finish. It was based on testimony extracted through torture, the records of which were destroyed. It failed to mention the existence of WTC7, Able Danger, Ptech, Sibel Edmonds, OBL and the CIA, and the drills of hijacked aircraft being flown into buildings that were being simulated at the precise same time that those events were actually happening.

It didn’t bother to look at who funded the attacks, because that question is of “little practical significance”. Still, the 9/11 Commission did brilliantly, answering all of the questions the public had (except most of the victims’ family members’ questions) and pinned blame on all the people responsible (although no one so much as lost their job), determining the attacks were “a failure of imagination” because nobody could envision flying airplanes into buildings, except the Pentagon, FEMA, NORAD, and the NRO.

The DIA destroyed 2.5 TB of data on Able Danger, but that’s OK because it probably wasn’t important.

The SEC destroyed their records on the investigation into the insider trading before the attacks, but that’s OK because destroying the records of the largest investigation in SEC history is just part of routine record keeping.

NIST has classified the data that they used for their model of WTC7’s collapse, but that’s OK because knowing how they made their model of that collapse would “jeopardize public safety”.

The FBI has argued that all material related to their investigation of 9/11 should be kept secret from the public, but that’s OK because the FBI probably has nothing to hide.

Osama Bin Laden lived in a cave fortress in the hills of Afghanistan, but somehow got away. Then he was hiding out in Tora Bora, but somehow got away. Then he lived in Abottabad for years, taunting the most comprehensive intelligence dragnet employing the most sophisticated technology in the history of the world for 10 years, releasing video after video with complete impunity (and getting younger and younger as he did so), before finally being found in a daring SEAL team raid which wasn’t recorded on video, in which he didnâ??t resist or use his wife as a human shield, and in which these crack special forces operatives panicked and killed this unarmed man, supposedly the best source of intelligence about those dastardly terrorists on the planet. Then they dumped his body in the ocean before telling anyone about it. Then a couple dozen of that team’s members died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan.

No, I’ve got no problem with that story. Sounds pretty legit to me.

Well, the problem begins with the first assertion:
–Osama never was on dialysis. He never had Addison’s disease. He had a salt craving habit, dipping his thumb in a bag of salt and sucking on it frequently.
–and the rest is imagination worthy of congratulations.

But here is a provocative piece some real facts in it. From Lawrence Writght, who knows a fact or two.

But that article claims al Qaeda operatives flew hijacked commercial airliners into the WTC and Pentagon. Whatever hit the Pentagon came out of an 8000 foot, 270 degree corkscrew vertical descent. It was obviously one of Rumsfeld’s UFOs from Area 51.

I think I’ve uncovered another conspiracy. Varq’s version of events sounds remarkably similar to that of James Corbett of The Corbett Report:

Uncanny.

No conspiracy. I pasted the transcript all by myself.

If only we had recovered the body. Then we could have performed an autopsy and settled the matter once and for all.

No really? Generally when you cut and paste something you’re supposed to attribute the source. Or at the very least put it in quotes so people will know it’s not something you’ve written yourself.

We could’ve discovered the remarkable secret of his reverse ageing process too.

Must have slipped my mind. What’s the expression? Ah yes: “my bad.”

True. Or at very least confirmed the identity of the corpse.

The Palestinians have been killing Jews long before the Jews starting shooting back. The entire conflict started when the Muslims decided they could not tolerate a Jewish state.

You (SEEM) in the know but I heard on a radio program (DIANN REHEAMS) that the Palestinians are not even allowed to fish their own ocean , is this true ?

 1. Her name is “Diane Rehm.”

 2. The Mediterranean is a sea not an ocean.

 3. The Mediterranean Sea does not exclusively belong to the residents of Gaza.

 4. Gazan fishing vessels are allowed to fish up to six miles off shore.

 5. This six mile limit has only been in place since 2007 when Hamas took over in Gaza.

Diane Rehm’s show is known to be unremittingly anti-Israel:

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/wap/Item.aspx?type=0&item=156664

Diane Rehm stacks the deck against Israel:

“A study by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting found that Diane Rehm books 22 liberal guests for every 5 conservative guests…”

And what’s the Corporation for Public Broadcasting? Some right-wing group funded by the Koch brothers?

“The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) is a non-profit corporation created by an act of the United States Congress and funded by the United States federal government to promote public broadcasting.”

I listen to NPR only when I want to hear what the left side of an issue is. Funny them being publicly funded and all, one would think a more balanced program would be in order. They are just race baiting liberals. Even down to their logo. It’s “N” “P” “R” with a Red, BLACK and blue panel behind each letter. Even a first year marketing student could understand the “not-so-subtle” implied meaning there.

To be fair to Dianne Rehm, and all other journalists who take on topics having to do with crazy towel headed muther fuckers who like to blow shit up, a bit of caution is warranted. I mean, these crazy towel headed muther fuckers have targeted journalists who say things and publish things that they feel is “anti crazy towel head”.

I think that NPR journalists and liberals/progressives in general are cowards deep down inside and are afraid to publish much against the crazy towel head muther fuckers because they might get a car bomb for their trouble. If I were a journalist, that sure would be on my mind. It’s easy to verbally attack conservatives because most of them follow the law. But going on record having an “anti crazy towel head” position? It puts both their career and their personal safety at risk.

Not saying that’s the ONLY reason, but I would posit that it’s a factor. People don’t want to get blown up. Crazy towel heads blow people up who make them angry. You know, because THAT solves EVERYTHING in their poor little crazy towel head mind. So people are reluctant to do things that would anger these crazy towel heads.

Always had a problem with this part. The terrorists never learned how to land a plane. Right? You would almost have to land it to perform this maneuver, correct. And if you were not a great pilot, wouldn’t you just dive bomb right into the center of the Pentagon? Why hit 1 wall?

And in the destruction pictures, where’s the aircraft? No wings anywhere, no luggage, seats, no plane debris?
