Not true, according to the UN many locations didn’t recieve any advance warning and is some, we are talking a 30-90 second warning to leave the house- even if they are old people or disabled children- so its basically a dealth penalty

Hitting a tunnel (A NON MOVING TARGET) is easily done . Kicking in doors and differentiating between bad and benign is what I am talking about .

The way I see it is Israel is going to have to exterminate all of it’s (POSSIBLE) enemies or make peace with them because what they are doing is ineffective , non sustainable and perpetuating their own problems
