I really love farmers walks and incorporate them frequently into my routine, however I would like to buy specific equipment for it. If anyone knows where I can buy said equipmemt, that would be greatly appreciated…

If you are good/know someone who is good with a welder, you could probably make some too.
Yeah if you know someone who has a welder (or if you have your own like me 
) it shouldnt be difficult to get a couple lengths of tube and make your own.
even if you don’t have a welder you could buy some tube that fits whatever plates you want to use and use some collars like these:
