Epinephrine for Adrenal Fatigue?

Why are tiny amounts of epinephrine not given to treat adrenal fatigue? I’m talking tiny amounts, amounts that most “normal” people wouldn’t even feel? Wouldn’t the small increase of adrenaline/epinephrine feel good to someone who’s having trouble producing their own?

Because epinephrine is a stimulant and stresses the adrenals instead of helping them work more effectively.

It would feel “good”, but it wouldn’t do anything to improve the condition.

Administering exogenous hormones suppresses the body’s endogenous production. It’s the same thing as with androgens.

If the goal is to boost hormone production, you always supplement with hormonal precursors, never with hormones themselves. To boost Test, you need lots of saturated fat because steroids are made from cholesterol, so it’s a precursor. A low cholesterol diet is a low test diet, by default.

For adrenal fatigue, you need an assortment of vitamins and minerals which act as precursors. B Vitamins, Vit C, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, ACE (adrenal cortical extract)

You should REALLY try B-12 shots

cortizone is used for adrenal probs…at very lose doses…
