so for the past few months i have been taking 24mg ephedrine hcl before a workout, never any more. Now it has come to my attention that the substance is illegal and any drug test competition will kick you out for using it.
Needless to say im dropping it immediately and will probably switch it with Spike. I have one question, how long will it take for the traces to leave my body?
