I was doing 600mg caffeine and 60 mg ephedrine evenly spread out over 3 times daily for about 3 weeks.
I had to get off my antidepressants to use it safely, and stopped when I realized I still needed them.
My resting heart rate was low 70s before, and while on the stack it was high 90s to low 100s. The thing I’m a little concerned about is that it is now 2 weeks or so after I’ve stopped taking it, and my resting heart rate has not gone down at all. It is still hovering in the high 90s and low 100s.
I was just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about?
Woa there calm down hahaha…
Well aware not to take the stuff while on antis, risk would be increased chance of seizures for the stuff I’m on, and I don’t really care to experience that.
Not like I’m super depressed or anything even remotely close to that either, thanks for the concern though (I think).
Just wondering if my heart rate mattered.
maybe, 600 mg and 60 mg is a fairly large amount to be taking daily…
of course your HR matters… i would be more worried if you workout and it stays elevated (ie, it is “pounding”, 170-190+ bpm) for extended periods of time.

Yes it does, so the recommendation to see your doctor is a good one.

600mg to 60mg is a standard dose. It usually ranges from 400mg and 40mg to the 600mg and 60mg. It’s always that 10:1 ration caffiene/ephedrine.
Your heart rate matters.
See the doctor if it doesn’t fix itself.
None of my business but if your not depressed then why are you on the anti-depressants?
Imo the less drugs floating around in your system the better unless you know what you are doing or need them…
