Ephedrine - A Good Idea?

Try to at least get some carbs in after lifting, it doesn’t need to be a lot since you are already having quite a bit prior to training, but make sure you get something.

naah…Btw I saw your post in the T-cell alpha.:slight_smile: sooo Any ideas on how can i re-regulate my carbs for better results or should i just stick to what I have right now?
