was just recently tipped off about t-mag and i have been spending a good deal of time this week reading all the info on here. i got a whole bunch of questions to ask but heres the most important one at hand:
im from canada (toronto specifically). unfortunately our lovely govt banned thermogenic supplements with “high” doses of ephedra now i have been able to get a hold of some up here before, albeit i find myself a little stuck at the moment. was just wondering if anyone had any tips on where i could go. im betting ordering over the internet is out cause i would assume these packages would get inspected at the border.
Why buy ephedra if you can use Hot-Rox? I’d lecture you with some articles in T-mag showing how ephedra is dangerous but I’m sure you know.

Ephedra isn’t totally banned in Canada - just restricted to being sold in doses of 8 mg or less. So, all that the supplement companies have done is sell lower the typical dosage by a third (25 mg to 8 mg), then triple the amount of pills in the bottle (now 300 instead of 100). However, because of the controversy, the majority of the major retailers have discontinued sales (ie. GNC - why you would shop there any way, I don’t know). Try one of the smaller independent retailers in your area - at the mall near my house you can still by straight ephedra at 3 of the 4 retailers (and if you ask, many of them still carry the 25 mg pills under the counter).
