Doing some big guns bro plan and I like it enough I want to repeat it. Those zercher squats are no joke, my back was the weak link having never done them. Wondering if I need a deload week before restarting the plan and how to deload. I’m 37, been a lifelong lifter but always done my own thing as far as plans, overtrained a lot. Btw the plan needs labels for the supersets and giant sets to clarify order. Would be appreciated.
