The second one I’m surprised I got four of them in the same picture. The second cat on the colorful blanket, is Anias. She’s hella fickle and decides when she wants your attention and when she doesn’t.
The first cat is a boy. His name is Donatello, but we call him boy kitty. All he wants is for you to pick him up. He climbs the giant trees in our culdesac and chases squirrels in his spare time.
Everyone knows of my other two dogs. The all black and the spotted one.
I don’t have the pit bull anymore because my brother decided to take her back. Which slightly hurt my feelings.

Have no idea what I was doing the first half of squatting. I guess I just wanted to squat heavy a bit more.

8 min run intervals (1 min on, 1 min off). Seriously thought I was gonna break the treadmill by how much that thing recoiled back every time my foot hit it. What surprised me this training session was how quickly I finished it. Got in at 8:40, didn’t get an open rack until 9, finished everything at 9:45. Nice.
I also have realized how much I’ve been neglecting my bench press. I’ve only been working Bench about every week and half, so time to up the frequency, and back down on squatting because I’ve been squatting my ass off lately.
Was so irritated today by how many people kept coming unbelievably close to me while I was squatting. If your arm is managing to come through the spaces of the squat rack, you need to back the hell up. Happened 3 different times with three different people, and they were all crowded around each other in their little groups.
Dump the bar on them.
I gave a sort of warning glare and they stepped back maybe a foot or so, but eventually one of them would just wander close over to me again.
I have to wonder what goes through some peoples heads when it comes to common space and courtesy.
I dont care the weight on the bar (although it is increasingly aggravating the heavier the weight) get out of the WAY!!!
Agreed. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve screwed up and had to reposition because
my eyes averted over to someone who had no idea just how distracting they were. It happened a while ago too, I was hammering out some working sets, and this chick, more than likely a big shot on instagram, shoveled her way between the already limited spaces between the Squat racks, and had her butt going every which way, and managed to bring over a bunch of those curling BBs, and was slowing reaching into the space where I was and taking 10s, when the TRX (that what the gym calls it), portion of the gym is wide open and is actually meant for shenanigans like that. Alot of the women I see in there when I ever make eye contact, I try to give a big smile and spread some happiness, and they legit size me up and have this “gym face” look, which I call bull, that’s a “inflated ego” look.
