for someone with a fucked up low-back, I don’t see a lot of core work in your log…
Should I do more than one core exercise? Most templates just suggest do one but rack up points on reps.
I’d be doing that shit every day.
Start with the easier shit like bird dogs and side planks.
Do some in your warm ups too.
this year was rather sloppy and I was figuring out what to do and what not to do for the most part, and I’ve been hella lazy concerning cardio and regular mobility stuff.
But that’s a good idea. Very good idea.
Here is the never ending cycle of my low back:
-Back gets hurt.
-I do core work.
-Back gets better.
-I get lazy with core work.
-Back gets hurt.
And so on. Be less of an idiot than I am.

I noticed core work helps the very middle of my back, but I have to be a bit diligent about my sciatica. My hips require their own set of rehab steps. And every time I get lazy i pay the price for it. Every. Single. Time.

I recently switched from ab work and stretching to Yoga. Its early but I like it better and I think it is better.

Ehh. I’m short so everything on me looks big. I’ve always been big chested so it really shrouds the ability to see chest development which i semi care about.
Been thinking about getting a breast reduction, but then again, I don’t mind them too much.
Well compared to my chicken legs yours are alot bigger lol. Also big breasts is a good thing, think of all the uses.
