Update:

Been a week since my last log. Haven’t been eating much if at all.

I don’t really feel well mentally.

Feeling okay today. Woke up at 6, ate, and went back to bed. Woke up again at 12. Drank some coffee, and have a lot more energy than I have had, so I think I can get back into my usual rhythm.

Sorry to hear that you’ve not been feeling well. Sounds like resting has been good for you, though.

Hang in there! Things will get better.

I’ll be getting my logs up soon. Just haven’t been posting them. But I have self care update which I’m happy to post.

I’ve been feeling a lot better. I focused on one of my absolute favorite hobbies which is hair care.

Maybe a year or so ago I ended up having to cut off a foot worth of hair. Putting me from a decent bit passed my butt, to just above my butt. Now my hair is somewhere in the middle of my butt. However I haven’t been taking care of my hair much at all.

I’ve got cotton-textured hair that’s really fluffy and coiled at the roots, whilst also being chemically treated along the length. I used to invest a lot in top notch hair care products, and today I actually went out and treated myself to the products that I like and even new ones I haven’t tried.

Came home and spent…5-6 hours of just pampering my hair. Had massive chunks of shedding from just not brushing it much. Shampoo, condition, deep condition, leave-ins, serums and styling. Felt great. And I also got whatever dandruff issues I had been dealing with this week under control.

My waves have come back and my hair is back to it’s usually soft and fluffy self. And I enjoyed lounging around with a warm towel over my head all day.

Are we talking actually le booty crack hair or do you also have a long flowy mane yourself?

If it’s the former I can’t compete with guys ability to just…grow butt hair. Does it get caught on stuff?

Doing better. Just a lot of communication between me and hubs, and being gentle with one another since feelings are quite sensitive now.

I haven’t been feeling well, but despite that I’m still hitting the gym.
