End of Cut

Nice cut.

You stress you cut for long time. How long? What you eat and what supps you use?

I guess that depends on your definition of a “cut”. I played football at about 285 pounds and spent about a year and a half simply losing weight. I was down to 215 or so and fairly lean. The last ten weeks (from my original post) were the process of me cutting from 215 to 198.

Supplements:
HOT-ROX and Grow! Whey

Diet:
My “lose weight” diet from the last year and a half was basically six meals daily with lots of lean meat and veggies. Only carbs (I never counted fruit and veggies as carbs) were breakfast and post workout.

From there, I slowly started cutting back carbs and total calories further. The last week before these pictures I was really about as low as I could go on calories without seeing some serious atrophy.

Since these pictures, I’ve really bumped up the carbs/calories. I’m currently eating my sixth meal of the day:

A VERY large portion of largemouth bass (I caught)
A baked sweet potato with brown sugar
Steamed broccoli
A huge slice of some bread I made with homemade peanut/walnut butter

any before pics?

I looked around but can’t really find anything that would give you a good idea of what I looked like. I didn’t realize at the time, but I didn’t like to get my picture taken much when I was fat. I guess just take my word for it. Besides, I’m more interested in “rate my physique” rather than “rate my progress”.
