Please tell me you were making a “Rahhh!!!” sound while doing that pose.
I don’t growl as much as you might think, lol. Nor make many victory cries, unless we count “I told you so.”
Still Wednesday
2.5 mile walk. It was beautiful out - there’s a dusting of snow over the ice now - and I got my heart rate up despite, or maybe because of, mincing along on my trax.
No sure why I’ve haven’t been here before—in for the follow!
Hey there. Dumb question for you. How do I link my log to the T-ransformation thread?
So for individual posts there’s a link thing beside the “like” button. You click it and copy the link, which can then be posted in the challenge thread. I don’t remember how to link the entire thing to my log so it shows up at the top, though I did it in 2024. I was trying to do it yesterday, and failed, which I did last year, too.
I can only partially answer dumb questions, lol.
I appreciate the response. ![]()

CG Max Round 2 Day 21/50 - lower reps, higher weights (supposedly), static lunge, chest press, pullover, RDL, around the world, hip thrust, diamond press - with cold, brisk 2 mile Louie walk warmup, along with a handful of bw squats and swinging my arms around like an ape because it took me some time to get from the walk to the lifting.
Feeling good again! Or still. Or whatever. ![]()
You’re like 18 lbs. Less than this time last year.
That makes it take less cals. to move like you do.
Oh, I was being facetious - it’s only two days into the year, and I only worked out on one of them.
It still takes a lot of calories to be me!
But of course not enough calories.
. Ok. I see now. I just figured with all of the apps & stuff now-a-days that it might have been like a real comparative thing.
But its also true. Less mass means more locomotion per unit of effort.
Im happy for you anyways.
. You’re starting the year in a great place.

2.75 mile hike in 2” of powdery snow. Kind of sucked. Snowshoes seemed like overkill, but they probably would have been nice to have on. Again like walking in dry sand up and down hills. I guess it’s good for building ankle strength.

2 mile walk.
In to report a complete failure to do my workout. Or a dog walk.
I’m really feeling the go-back-to-work thing (tomorrow) and have been struggling with motivation after the Christmas break.
Son is on his way; we’ll go shopping for rugs and etc at Home Depot for his new place and then go down and start setting the house up. Should be an enjoyable day - I love hanging with this kid.
Afterward I’ll do food prep.
I’m on the back porch drinking coffee, and it’s quite tolerable at 21 degrees F. Although I just heard the plow go by. It’s pitch black out, so I can’t see what’s being plowed, but at least it’s warm. Happy-making!
Tastes even better like that. ![]()
When we pick a spot for vacation this is the requirement that I have for anywhere we stay. I don’t care if I have to sleep on a couch and use an outhouse if there is a porch with a beautiful view for me to drink coffee in the morning. I honestly pick places based on the view from the porch. Lol.
