Good luck to you.

Iron day 15/30 - shoulders - with 15 minute/1 mile cardio warmup. Felt GREAT, just loving every minute (mostly) of these workouts.
The job situation is interfering a bit. Of the 15 people I saw this week, 14 are planning to remain with me post-move. So I have to figure out where my caseload is going to sit in 6 weeks, along with doing all the business credentialing.
Still Friday
1.5 mile snowshoe. It was 30* and flurrying - super nice.
We’ve just entered slush season. Doesn’t make for very good any kind of shoeing.
It wasn’t great snow today, but being able to tromp around in just a fleece for part of the walk was nice. It’s getting cold again tomorrow.
Saturday, February 1
Weight 154.3
Iron day 16/30 - hamstrings - 15 minute/1 mile cardio warmup.
Sunday, February 2
Iron day 17/30 - upper body - 15 min/1 mile cardio warmup, 25 KB swings, because I’m thinking about adding those back in. We’ll see.
Monday, February 3
Weight 154.5
Iron day 18/30 - glutes - 15 minute/1 mile cardio warmup, some KBS.
Wednesday, Feb 5
Iron day 19/30 - full body - 15 minute/1 mile cardio warmup.
Feeling really fantastic. Weight isn’t budging because I’m too stressed right now to add more than minimal hunger to the mix, but hopefully soon I’ll be back in the right mindset for it. And I am feeling pretty pleased with myself that I’m not packing weight on.
Considering the stress and you have been kicking butt lifting, this is an absolute win.
Friday, February 7
Weight 154.8
Iron day 20/30 - triceps, biceps, abs - 15 min/1 mile warmup.
Almost blew it off - but didn’t.
. . .
Honest to God, you influence me. When I want to excuse myself I think of you, and am more likely to stay the course.
Good job!
Saturday, February 8
Iron day 21/30 - legs - 10 minute cardio warmup.
Sunday, February 9
Iron day 22/30 - chest and back - 15 minute/1 mile cardio warmup.
Snowshoeing later, then back for the Superbowl. it’s Buttons’ birthday today.
Happy birthday Buttons!
And congrats to you too, Emily. I was reading your other posts in the wins thread, and you’re really doing great.
Thank you - I’m definitely trying. I’m not sure abruptly blowing up my pretty good job was the wise thing to do, but here we are.
I’m not judgin’, I’m just sayin…
Thats something I’d do.
Have done. Not nearly as smartly.
I think you’ll do great. Your dedication and knowledge is really admirable, which is to say- you didn’t just make a rash, blind decision.
I think I start back with mine on Tuesday. Pretty sure. I need to call them monday.
Happy Birthday Buttons!
