I’m sad not to get to keep the 147 of a couple of days ago, but I guess in the big scheme of things it doesn’t matter (though of course it totally DOES matter) (but not that much, lol).
CG Max day 26/50 - sumo deadlift squat, pullover, static lunge, chest press, bridge, arnold press - with a 2 mile warmup walk. I absolutely LOVED today. There wasn’t a single thing I don’t like, and I felt strong doing it. Walk was fantastic - the humidity has broken for the moment and it was only 60° when I woke up. It’ll be in the 80’s later, but it was a nice, cool morning. The kind of morning that makes it worth the blizzards to live here.
We’re going to the beach tomorrow, so poor behavior is on tap, but it’s only a day trip.
