Hes going to play basket ball for 3 hours a day, train abbs and biceps, then probably Finnish it off with 1 meal a day of pop tarts and coke. I cant be the only one thinking this guy is hopeless?

Wow the balla’s back and kicking. Nice. Balla, as mentioned, do those weighted pullups and chinups. They’ll do your back wonders. Also, heavy rows and deadlifts. Now go get’em!

Yea im unflexable as hell! cant even touch my toes (unless i do the fascia excersizes)

Balla… Pull ups, Chins, etc with ever possible grip possible.

Do you dead lift at all ? I know you talk about squatting and cleans every now and then, but i cant remember seeing you talk about dead lifting.

Also, has your clean form improved since that video a couple months back? It was very jerky then, looked to be doing more harm then good.

Weighted Dips, Standing Millitary and push presses, floor presses, lots of compounds, stay away from the machines for a while, i dont know why, but something about your body screams isolation movements.

All the best Conrad, i would love nothing more then to see you heed some of this advice and improve yourself.

And dont be afraid of dietary fat, it’s good for the old T levels.

B3, I honestly don’t know who it was. I couldn’t find any info about him from the website I got the picture from. I just know that his physique is an inspiration to me, and that’s good enough for me. If you can figure out more about him than I know, I would love to hear of it.

You have a good frame and good definition. Just keep eating more, lifting heavy, get enough rest, and you’ll grow and reach your goals.

I remember you ran a thread in the summer and made some progress, are you going back to that program, or trying something different?

Either way, I do really hope you become a beast. I know you get a lot of heat for what happened in the past, but I have faith you’ll do good. Read up on the programs on this site for your goals and get rollin.
