see the thing is you guys think i dont train have a poor diet and just fuck around all the time. Actually some of my friends think im to serious with my training.
I’m sure to the average person anyone who is remotely consistent is too serious with their training.

try before i realized i was over training 2hrs a day 6 days a week sprints in the snow agilitys in 20 degree weather for 45 mins strait do 5 mins of agilitys rest 1 min and repeat…do 10 sets of them…yea i kno the training was wrong but dont tell me im not serious about training thats an insult. So ok my arms how would you add more size?
eliteballa3 wrote:
Also maybe a reason my arms look small is because i have 6’5 wing span at 5’11
I have a 74" (6’2") at 68" (5’8")and i think my arms are stubby… im not a balla, but i like bball. Dont complain about ur wingspan. Arm measurement? I have puny arms, but i dont say its because of my wingspan. I blame my workouts instead.

Don’t forget me, I scored 4 touchdowns in one game when I went to Polk High. And my daughter is a hot piece of ass too.

are you seriously tralking 2 me look at ur picture? u look like an old lady no offence bro your to young to give me advice. But for you starting off this is a great place for you.

I suggest you put mass on your body. Not just your arms. Understand what I’m saying, compounds…power cleans, jerks, snatches, will put mass on your arms. Direct arm work is great but close grip bench, dips, and both pronated and supinated grip pull-ups will put mass on your arms. Muscle mass is increased over the entire body, not just the the specific muscle worked. Compounds will make your arms big, utilize what I just listed for direct arm work.

Simple as this, bent over row 225lbs for 8 good reps with good form and angles, you WILL have impressive biceps. Bench 150% of your body weight, you WILL have impressive triceps.

Focus on the big muscles and the little ones will subsequently grow.

I understand your distaste for Ahazz giving you advice, don’t insult him just let him go, he’s a 14 year old. I don’t mean that in a degrading way Ahzazz, I just wish I’d found this place when I was 14.

Also for your arms, I had lagging biceps and realized my back was lagging, I threw in tons of back work and some bicep work and bam in less than year I’ve achieved some serious bicep growth. I don’t mean to harp, I just really think adding more big stuff and bit of isolation stuff will do you wonders.
You are becoming more receptive which is a good thing.

Have you ever tried an upper/lower split routine? I know for me personally that pack on some serious muscle and strength, probably the fastest gains I’ve ever had.

yea alright thanks bro ill start adding a bit more work…like weighted pull ups vs bw…the hs-100 program has 4 phases its shown to be one of the best for putting on mass. Thats the reason im doing it its by the best ct

Yes, I have made incredible gains with weighted pull-ups after not being able to do any pull-ups at all.

I’m wondering, have you always a a sort of wide waist? Your waist/ribcage area reminds me of mine. Our abs are both pretty symmetrical but it looks almost like we have wide hips or ribs. I’ve always wondered if its just genetic, has yours always been that way?

I guess our only option is to widen our backs and get bigger shoulders. I certainly need to.

yea wide hips bro its always like that

wat size jeans u usually wear?

ps u got a myspace?

Well, ive seen ur posts, and theres a few things i have right now that u dont:

dedication
no fear if i lose abs
dedication
listening to peoples advice
dedication

I might be 14, but if i worked out for 4 years, i would be 2x ur size. And are u scared to say ur measurements? sounds like it. ur posting before/after photos after 3 weeks. U dissappear for 1/2 a year, and all u worry about is ur bf%. Stop blaming ur genetics and go fucking squat + milk. Pansy

I got a facebook, no myspace, you should get a facebook…I like it better…less b.s.
I wear size 34s right now. Can’t fit my ass/quads into anything smaller.

Wide hips make the V-taper elusive but not impossible. I’m where you are…my back is lagging. I’ve improved it alot over the last year but still got plenty of work to do.

Ahzaz…relax, just like I told him.

All EB, just a thought on your training. I’ve been giving the 10x3 set/rep scheme a go the last few weeks and its doing wonders even though I’m on the V-Diet. Particularly to my deep squat. Just a thought. Its a very different stimuli but seems to really hit a sweet spot. Maybe look into it at some point when you hit a rut.
