Im sucessfull in my life things are going good.Women like my physique and so does the modeling industry so thats all that matters. I admit i could pack on another 10-15 give myself a really great look but i dont think i need more then that. One thing is though i do have a question with…hoe do you get the fat lower on the side of your chest. Im guessing just lowering estrogen and overall body fat mixed with alot of flys and cable cross,and heavy bench?

I find Incline bench helps a lot. I think it may pull everything up so that it doesn’t look like fat at the lower end.
