Mine is hopefully a quick one. I assume the elimination circuit w/ climbing reps is an EOD workout. Do you think it is too much to add loaded carries on the other days?
Coming off the best damn after 12 weeks; loved it, will do it again, but I was burnt by the end. I deloaded on my 12th week and I’m finishing an “off week”, just walking/airdyne and mobility work. I feel good and ready to go; itching to start moving some weight again.
