Electric Ab Training Belt

Hi I recently found one of these in the back of a cupboard. Someone bought it for me as a gift. What are your thoughts regarding them. I’ve never used it much but know it gives a hell of a tingle as higher settings. Should I use it or just throw it away?

EMS can work. I sometimes use a COMPEX unit. But those abs belt do not provide an intense enough current and it’s normally not the right waveform to have an impact.
