agreed

So if I am understanding this correctly this is in an untrained individual after said individual has stopped growing ( 18-23 yrs old)

5’10 170lb male @ 10% BF after years of lifting the ceiling of their potential is 250 -270 @ 10% BF

This in in relation to being natural as well.

Is this correct?

Basically yes. Most lifters do not begin after full maturation and that is where all the “woulda, coulda, shoulda’s” come from so a reasonable starting point based off of average weights of untrained mature adults comes into play. This also is argued ad nauseum. But yes, you have the meat and potatoes of the issue.

Oh yes, 80 to 100 pound gain is possible. Another fella I stumbled upon.

Ahhh Strydom! I ate at the table next to him at the Firehouse restaurant in Venice, CA when I was living out there. Just the image of his calves popping out from his baggy shorts puts into perspective every keyboard warrior screaming about how huge they are.
