Another guy who has done it.
THIS is what 2+ pounds of chest hair after full maturation looks like. This guy is obviously not natural so to say it is attainable naturally is a joke

THIS is what this thread is all about. To show photos of men who have actually achieved these GHS’s.
I don’t see many here who look like this.

I don’t see anyone on these boards that looks like this.
Rogainz or Hair Clubz. Clearly not natty.
I’m glad beard growing is funny to you. Yes, ingrown hairs and a neckbeard may be part of the process, but IT IS A MEANS TO AN END. IN NO WAY DID I ADVOCATE GROWING A NECKBEARD FOR THE SAKE OF IT.
Have you done Bosley hair grafting procedures? I have.
This was a good post, I didn’t see a response to it.
My GOAL is to scratch people with my whiskers in a crowded room. I haven’t see many here who can do that.
You will hold back gains if you are trimming your beard every few months because you’re worried about your BF% (beard fullness %). I have a background in beardology yet people here act like I don’t know what I’m talking about.
True, but when your BF% and your HF%(head fullness) don’t match, you get contrasting amounts of fullness, particularly in the sideburn area. Some damage control is necessary if your BF% or HF% gets out or whack.
LOL. This is just what I’m talking about. YOU MUST FORGET ABOUT AESTHETICS FOR SEVERAL YEARS IF THE GOAL IS MAXIMUM BEARD HYPERTROPHY.
Let me know if that wasn’t clear enough for you lest the message be lost.
If one’s goal is to compete annually, cutting is necessary to maintain the beard to head fullness golden ratio. With both of these growing in conjunction, the same gainz can be achieved while appearing much more aesthetic in the process.
??? if one’s goal is to compete annually? when was that the goal?
as I already stated women find hairy guys more attractive anyways. They don’t like that pretty boy clean cut or stubbly look.
Sure, every once in a while when the neckbeard got out of line, I would trim the edges. At NO point would I advocate a newb do this. The posse is trying to make it seem like I looked like a hobo. Check my pictures…did my beard ever get “sloppy”? sure. IF I SHAVED THE EDGES EVERY TIME IT GOT A BIT UNCONTROLLED, IT WOULD’VE NEVER GOTTEN THICK AND RICH. IT WAS SIMPLY PROGRESS

At one time my neck, chest, belly, gooch, and back hair all connected into a thick even coat. Again, this is why you must grow a solid base early in your 20s. Those who start too late always have that “patchy” look that you like to throw around. Very few people working on demanding schoolwork and a full time job had the time to wake up every morning and line up their beards. THE NECKBEARD WAS SIMPLY A MEANS TO AN END. I have been trimming slowly over the past few years. You have to understand that very few would even continue to trim if they had to deal with the skin irritation I had to.

An example of GENETICS. Even with all the Rogaine in the world, do you think he’ll grow a thick beard ever?

This was me at a not fat 2.85 lbs of body hair. I WOULD NOT have made the progress I did if I had been constantly trimming.

This thread is about a fully mature adult male of average height who grows more than 2 pounds of chest hair without assistance.
Can we please stick to the topic folks? Some of you aren’t natural, thus, are disqualified from this discussion.
But what does natural even mean? If you are just using Rogaine to get to normal follicle levels, is that un-natural? What about conditioner that allows some to push through itchiness barriers? What about assistance to speed up the process of getting somewhere you could naturally when people don’t have the desire to take so long?
It should only matter if you’re are competing and breaking rules, otherwise, “natural” is just an excuse for your .150 pounds of weak peach fuzz.

That’s the thing. The top guys these days stay trimmed year round! There is no need to let things get out of control and go all Duck Dynasty with your body hair. That is a thing OF THE PAST. Some here just do not want to embrace the fact that times are changing. The days off all out body hair growth bulks are gone. They’re counter productive. Why spends 30 minutes to an HOUR trimming hair to end up with the same look you could have achieved in 30 se ones if you wouldn’t have let things get so sloppy?

Speaking of which, is using a volumizing shampoo still considered natural?
I think one should periodically cut volumizers so you can actually SEE how much hair you’ve grown. Perpetually using them just so your hair LOOKS fuller isn’t really being honest about the real amount of hair you are sporting.

Semantics.
We all know the difference between naturals and non naturals. They just look different.

The top guys have the BEST BEARD GENETICS in the world. They can get away with things the average guy can’t. And the reason they keep their beards trimmed year round is because of all the photo shoots and beard trimmer commercials they do.

Why do you constantly follow me around??? My GOAL is to have the biggest beard possible. When I was in the grocery store yesterday a little boy asked his mom why that man (me) was wearing a sweater on his face. MOST people here do not get that reaction.
Again, the studies you’re citing about tweezing and trimming improving follicle fullness and retention were all conducted on CLINICALLY BALD people, so how the hell does that apply to those of us here? I thought what is being DISCUSSED here is how many people today appreciate the FULL BEARD LOOK? Please try to stay on topic here, kids.
If you literally put the BRAKES on with trimming and tweezing each and every time you get one stray hair, it’s never gonna grow. But I guess that’s why mine keeps growing, I must be doing it WRONG.
That pic is from two months ago and you can see semblance of sideburns; I’m already .5" hairier and fuller now.
