How immature.
When I wrote I had that as a goal, I was told that it was immature to want that.
But now you use it as a basic description of size and no one says anything.
I am very confused.

That’s because your sarcasm detector is broken.

? Anyone using that description would be using it “sarcastically” unless they literally expect for people to run out of the way for them.
How did I know you would be first to respond?

Do you have some before and after pics? There is nothing in your HUB and you can’t really tell much by your avi. Post some pics…you must look awsome!
no, i look like shit
84 lbs of fat…
all my lifts going up, it was all due to improved leverage and no muscle gain
and I never said I looked awesome, I think some people here are idiots and keep talking about 50 lb limits in every fucking thread and its annoying
I guess the people who choose to stay ~ 200 lbs are the ones who keep telling everyone how much muscle they can gain, without having one shred of evidence to back up their claim… and this forum has a lot of people who would have put on > 50 lbs of muscle since they started

Don’t worry. At 285lbs they say I was nearly 50% body fat so it was ALL fat gain…since obese people don’t gain any lean mass along with all the fat.
Whatever I am right now, it is still going to be so fat that if I ever diet down, I will only be a skinny mortal with no muscle who looks average.
I just learned to flex fat.

I showed mine but I am obviously 30% body fat and will lose it all if I ever diet the HUGE belly I have off.
BlueCollar has always said you need to be “all abs in” to see how much LBM you’ve really gained.

I am sure if bluecollar has anything to say, he is more than man enough to handle it on his own without you.

When you say “I’ve gained my 84” you are talking about body weight though and not lean mass, correct?

Thing is it’s really not about a 50 pound limit - it’s more of a discussion on what has been seen in some 70 years of bodybuilding history as far as weights/heights and bodypart size. If you haven’t read this yet please do so - it’s a good read and it was a great and fairly definitive discussion on the topic.

And honestly - for a math guy you don’t seem to care much about providing actual numbers, or any real metric of progress other that your word. So, BCT, a highly respected member of this site and a guy who has accomplished a shitton when it comes to BB and PL specifically asked you to provide pictures and stats, and you simply respond with sarcasm.
So, everyone saying there’s a limit has not provided a “shred of proof” yet you’ve gained 84 pounds of pure muscle, natty, in only two years, yet you don’t feel as obligated to provide proof? That just seems odd to me…

How many of those guys from “
70 years of bodybuilding history
” started after the age of full maturation?

Let me make this clear…/I am sure bluecollar can respond to me without the peanut gallery.
How about you let that grown man speak for himself and respond to me?
You are not bluecollar.
I responded to bluecollar, NOT YOU.

LBM that isn’t there when you are in ‘All Abs In’ condition was imaginary.
I realize this isn’t technically correct, but it’s the only way to look at it from a practical point of view.

These were two very well reasoned and well stated posts. I never saw a response to them, X.
Why are other people speaking for bluecollar in this thread?

? I am not speaking for him. I asked you a question that had nothing to do with him based ONLY on what YOU alone wrote.
Why run from it?
If none of them did start after the age of full maturation, that gets rid of your “70 years” by quite a bit.

I am trying to respond to him one on one right here but YOU and others won’t quit jumping in to reply for him.
