Is there any diference in raw and boiled eggs? Do you destroy some of the aminoacids when you boil them?
Yes, I did a post on this before. Raw are only like 50% digestible while cooked are much more digestible (80+%).
John does this include the packaged pasteurized egg whites?
Try them soft scrambled.Easier to cook and prepare and better tasting.I’ve done it this way for 7 years for cutting and bulking.Good luck!
It is easier to digest denatured protein because of the sterics of the protein. Some can withstand the acids/enzymes because of the way they are folded. Like I have said in here a bunch of times you are trying to get the aminos most of the time, not the whole protein.
