Egg Protein Instead of Whey/Casein

Hello All,

For those of us having digestion/allergy type problems with the milk based proteins, would egg based protein powders be the next best place to go?

Egg is a very good protein. It has a higher bioavalability than milk fractions. I’m not sure about it’s absorption speed tho. The only problem I have with egg is that it can give you a bad case of the winds.
