Anyone hear any trash talk about energy drink type stuff/stims and the effect they have on the adrenal gland in the long-term?
I always hear tales about longitudinal effects like an overworked/prematurely exhausted adrenal gland later in life, wondering if I just listen to crackpots.

Both contain key ingredients such as Creatine for strength and endurance, Beta-alanine to reduce lactic acid build up in the muscles and arginine to promote an increase in vascularity and bloodflow.
