Sorry if this has already been discussed, I dont think it has been though. Everything nowadays seems to have a high percentage of sodium - one piece of bread has 18% of the daily recommended intake! - and so Im wondering what effects it has, a high sodium diet, and how you avoid it, if it all.

not much as long as you have ok BP, aim t not eat processed foods etc i salt the living helll out of my food
