Pictures of Viking in Chucks are good.
Pictures of new patio also good.
Puff will now be jealous of your bathroom, and your patio.
I like the DB OH presses myself.

Didn’t get around to getting the chucks yet, but I shall fulfill your shoe fetish in due time!
I’ll get some pics of the patio to-nite, I doubt if you’ll be jealous, tho~
I think that you’re the best thing since chocolate easter bunnehs…
Oh you mean about the full body training/no carb thing? Gotcha.
I think you should do it if you like, that’s what competitors do in their peak week so no reason it won’t work on a Viking.

Cupcakes! Did someone say cupcakes?
Well I looked at your hub thing and there were pictures (some were almost naked *blush) but no pics of calves?
This always seems like one of the most difficult parts of the body to change the size of, boot shopping is always a fail for me. Have you had luck getting yours to change size(get bigger?)?

blush…should I remove the pics and be more, umm…whats the word…bashful?
Calves! there were two reasons that I never wore shorts when I was a kid, my legs were white as ivory, and my calves were a joke. I trained for years and my calves never gained any size. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. what if I started to actually ‘train’ my calves? this hit me about 4 years ago (since I started reading TN) and since then I’ve been hitting them and am getting some growth.
But after seeing yours, I do have calf-envy!

I think you mean pretend to be bashful;) Damn naughty gingers! Since I’ve already seen the pics… there would be no reason to take them down.
I have envy for your flat stomach, this is difficult for me, let alone having abs show. I admit that the calves are awesome for wearing shorts or skirts with flats, I don’t need heels for them to stand out. But I would love to be able to fit into some sexy knee-high boots.
As far as that song that you posted for working out, the song is good, but for me I would love it if I could lift in silence. Although music is good for indoor cardio.
