just to let ya’all know, I am hitting the gym at 5am on Tues and Thurs, and mornings on Sat - Sun.

Tuesday - Shldrs/tri’s
Thurs - legs/bi’s (no squats, knees are killing me, DL’s for triples
Sat - Chest (gonna start flat benching again, so look for sum large numbers)
Sun - Back - Pendelays, baby!

I’ll keep ya in the loop, but am thinking bout changing the name of the log again -

HS one arm OH press x 10 x 4

cable pushdowns x 15 x 7 sets.

training in the AM leaves you with not enough time to complete all you want to complete - I need to step up the program and reduce the time between sets, this will also increase intensity, so I will have to back off of the weight and come to a new mindset…

this will help to accomplish the goal of lower BF and since I’m not bulking then I probably wont be getting any PR’s anyway -

worth a shot for the next few months, no?
