Thanks Spock! It’s like everything…there are good days and there are other days. Definitely mostly good, though
print, that new Weight Watchers plan is worth the money, no doubt. I like her better now that she doesn’t roll over and crush me while I’m sleeping.
You can thank me by naming the next one after me. Think of all the leg Cornelious Skunkyfunk will retrieve!

I like that you are really sticking to the sprints Charlie. Nice dedication.
Actually I love sprints so they are the easiest to get in for me.
This week has been an avoid the gym week. Hopefully that means my wrists will be good for next week. So no OH press day yesterday. Oh well.
Sprints tonight(last night) were about medium length. So not a bad night but not great either.
I will be sticking with 5 sprints 6 days a week for next week and then decide after next week if I want a break or to make it 6 sprints 6 days a week.
I am not going any higher than 6 sprints. I think once I get the 6 in I will try figuring out what is the best day for distance and how best to structure each session. Also would like to try some days having shorter rest periods for messing around with recovery times. At this point it’s sprint a distance then walk back to starting position and repeat. I have my plans forming.

You most likely have already explained what happened to your wrist but I’m gonna be lazy and just ask?
I don’t really know actually. Ha ha. I think I first noticed it on Push Presses and Bench days. Then when I could add in dls I noticed it with really heavy pulling(when I use the stronger mixed grip). So no injury or anything. I figure it just needed a break, maybe a change up in exercises. I’m leaving out push presses and OH shrugs for the next little while. Oh and getting wrist wraps too(for benching). I’m going to be playing around with my bench grip too to see if that is the problem.
[edit] also less pushing and more pulling might be a good thing too.
Charlie: nice work on the deads, now get some chalk and wrist wraps. trust me on those. Also you are a stronger women than I for doing all those sprints.
Print - your puppy is too cute!? did she have any behaviour issues? why would they want to put that pretty pup down?
