When’s the last time you’ve had a colon cleanse?
Pulls look good & you’re rt, did look easy.
Diet isn’t to far off from the Anabolic. Pull out the throat yogurt & replace one breast w/red meat, you’d pretty much be on it.
Trouble X two.
I usually have a salad at night, just not last night. that’ll usually get the pipes churning.
isn’t the anabolic diet have one carb day? how do you rotate that in?
You want good fats? Use a lotta butter, Evoo, fish oils. I also use a shitload of heavy whipping cream. Get a diet A&W rootbeer, add 5 tablespoons of of the cream, drink up… It’s good shit too. Like a rootbeer float.
As for the carbs. No more than 35 a day. Than blow it out over the weekends eating & drinking everything you can get your grubby paws on.
Print, I was thinking about your diet. If I recall correctly, the men on the Lewis and Clark expedition ate something like 9 pounds of meat per day. Of course, they didn’t have a lot of other options besides hunting as they crossed the continent. Have you tried Superfood? That kind of thing might be good to help you get some of the micro-nutrients.

Dog comes back the day after the Superbowl. He tells me every night that he misses seeing you around.
I have tried suoperfood. (Berardi stuff?) Taste like shite. I’ve upped my Evoo &fish oils. Went back for bloodwork & my cholesterol dropped to 230 & my HDL was 64. He said keep on the path & I’ll be golden.
& LULZ to me eating 9lbs of anything… 9lbs of alcheehol is another story.
Today was bench. Won’t even try & fool anyone, this is by far my weakest event. Not sure if it’s cuz I’ve had both shoulders operated on or the fact I just ain’t got no tits to push big numbers.
