Eddie Bravo Video on Flexibility

Well, over the weekend I made sure to be stretching consistently over the day. I can’t say I noticed much of a difference, although I understand this is going to take some time. And for the record I do a lot of squating and deads, because, well I like that stuff. I may consider a change if it will really help my flexibility. Admitedly it does sound plausible, especially if someone suffers from poor hip flexor mobility( as I do).

Thanks for sharing the Imes info, I had no clue that a guy that size could pull something like that off. Surely that inspires others of similar size.
