I know that soy protein is evil and should be avoided like the plague, but is there anything wrong with eating edamame? I usually like to much on some boiled and lightly salted ones when I go out to a Japanese restaurant.
Also, I’ve eaten dry roasted edamame that taste really good from Whole Foods Market.They satisfy my craving for chips or popcorn. Seems to me like those would be a better choice than salted nuts or potato chips, plus you’re getting some protein. What do you guys think?
