Dry Roasted Edamame

So I was going through Costco this week and discovered a jug of dry roasted edamame. I took a look at the nutrition facts and thought this would be good for bulking.

1 serving (1/4 cup)

130 cal
4g fat no trans fat
10g carb
8g Fiber
14g Protein

Ive had this jug on my desk at work all day and I have been destroying it! , its addictive like potato chip addictive, Ive easily had 3-4 servings. But im starting to wonder is this much soy protein good for me? God i hope it is, I cant stop eating it. I thought I remember reading an article some time back on this site about soy intake but I cant seem to find it. What say ye?

Again im bulking, trying to get to 3500 cals/day 200g protein.

I would certainly be concerned about taking in an excess of soy protein for a myriad of reasons.

Would the trypsin inhibitors be destroyed in dry roasted edamame? Dry roasted is telling me yes, and edamame is telling me no.

SO i guess ill just keep the servings to 1-2 a day then until its gone. Shame, i thought i found a gold mine. Its delicious and packed with cals + protein.
