hey guys, this is my first post around here, hope you guys can give me some insight:
i’m a 170-pound ectomorph with a bmr of about 4600 cal/day. im bulking (obviously), so to gain i need to eat some 5200 cal/day. lately, however, when I eat that much, my stomach begins to hurt for days and i can’t stomach anything without puking. i’m trapped in this cycle, which is only resulting in me losing weight and getting farther and farther from my goals.
i’m not real sure what i can do. does anyone having any advice for dealing with stomach problems from eating the amount of food that they do?
