Eccentric Benching?

Just out of curiosity, what are your maxes in the big three?

Olympic squat: 290 lbs.

bench: 205 lbs. (though likely higher; it’s been several months since I’ve tested a 1RM

conventional deadlift: 370 lbs. (I know this is higher, since 370 was done about 6 months ago, and all my indicator lifts are way up).

Done at bodyweight of 150 lbs. Not impressive, I know, but give the ISOs a shot anyway.
