Schultzie, I’ve found that I get/stay energetic after doing anything that gets my blood flowing. So while the ECA might be “working” without you feeling it, you’ll still get a profound effect after workouts.
Try taking it 30 min-1 hour or so before then do something like 5-10 minutes of cardio, yard work, walk the dog, etc. and see if that gets your circulation pumping enough to “feel” energized for your work out.
