Eating & Weekend Training

Thanks in advance, I’ve gotten a lot of help/info on this website and a lot of you have offered me some great advice.

Using the Tdawg2 I dropped about 10 lbs recently. Now I’ve upped the calories and am trying to slowly burn away some remaining body fat…but I’m not really sure this is what I should be doing or not; thus, this thread.

Between now and December 15th (about) I’ll have very little time for working out. I’m trying to lift Sat and Sun and squeeze in some minor lifting with DBs at home during the week, but personal commitments will keep me out of the gym otherwise (any threads/articles about this you could point me to?), so I don’t think I should be doing any sort of bulking, right?

I guess I’m not really sure what I can accomplish in this time. I’ve only been eating clean for about 3 months now, and with my workout time now being restricted, I don’t know which way I should go. Any suggestions about food/diet would be great. Again thanks in advance.

Stats:

5’7", 145lbs, bf 20% (measured with the electric thingies)

Here’s my current plan.

AM
6:30 protein shake (2s) 240/6/48/2

8am oats 35g 117/24/2/1

9am 4egg omlet +onion 315/2/22/24

12pm chicken 150g 242/0/46/5
+mixed veggies

3pm Chicken 150g
+mixed veggies

6pm ground beef 90g 257/0/21/18
+mixed veggies

8pm tuna salad 156/0/35/1
+salad dressing

10pm pro shake 156/0/35/1

totals = 1804/44/247/65
(t-dawg2 but calories are slightly increased)

Saturday= relaxed day

Again, I’m not really sure what kind of goals I should be setting given my limited time in the gym.

This diet my attempt at a modification of the T-dawg2 with slightly increased caloric intake. I’m hoping this will slowly shave off some bodyfat while maintaining muscle mass…but again I could use your advice.

Because of personal commitments, I’ll only be able to go to the gym on Saturday and Sunday. During the week I can squeeze in some small DB work at home (small weight).

Current plan =
Sat, chest, tri, abs, squats
Sun, back, bi, sholders

At home:
mon= tri
wed=bi
fri=?

Any advice would be great. I’m serching the archives as best I can now, but thought someone might be able to point a finger in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Maybe you could do something like CW’s 2x4 program. I realize his program has two workouts done on one day and two more done 3-4 days later, which sounds like it wouldn’t work for you. But perhaps you could do a pair of workouts on Saturday and another on Sunday. It might burn you out ordinarily, but since you’ve got 5 days to recover you might be able to handle it. Just a guess.
