I know this issue has already been adressed, but this is a really neat site with alot of unconventional articles. There is one on here that is titled, “8 Ways to Lower Your Testostorone.”

what is food?

I can see how the whole six-meals-a-day isnt a good blanket approach for the masses.

But when you’re training with intensity, arent you ready to eat again every 3-4 hrs anyway?
