I’ll just share the undeniable facts that can simplify nutrition for ANYONE:

Know your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE)-also known as your maintenance calories

Prioritize Protein (minimum 1g/lb of bodyweight) but personally I aim for 1.5-2g/lb of bodyweight because protein is the highest quality calorie you can give your body and it helps keep you full so you don’t overeat on hyper palatable foods loaded with carbs/fats

Understand your relationship with food. Think about the food you eat before you eat it. Stop eating mindlessly.
