IMO, its the best RPG for the PS2. Not one comes even close. Lovable characters, fun story with tons of side-quests, and character design by Akira Toriyama. A+++
Final Fantasy 14 Exclusive PS3!
The new trailer for Final Fantasy 13 looks sick. Will be picking up Advent children complete today and will get to watch the 7 minute trailer tonight.

I have to agree. When the Gamecube dropped I bought one within days. Its was a solid little system with plenty of good games. When the Wii dropped I was more like “What the fuck” in regards to it. Not my cup of tea at all. I want to sit on my ass, with several tri-tip sandwiches and a couple gallons of water and maybe a bowl of Kettlechips and play an RPG. ON MY ASS, not jumping around like a 'tard with fleas.

I dunno, I’ve got a ps3 and a wii. At first I thought the wii remote + nunchuck setup was awkward, but after playing around with it for a few months, a normal controller feels too confined. YMMV.
Starcraft two and I heard they were making a Counter Strike two but I am not sure if this is true.

I’ve got an X360 and a Wii. The Wii is seldom used, except when we have “non-gamers” over and then we’ll play Wii Sports or the Samba Amigo game. And since getting the Guitar Hero World Tour kit and Rockband 2, the Wii has seen even less use.
In fact, the most fun I get out of my Wii is telling my wife “told you it was a waste of 400 bucks…”
My mileage sucks.

Zombie shooter or survival-horror? Left4Dead is a lot of fun as a shooter. Don’t really know any immersive zombie games that don’t suck, though. I never got the Resident Evil buzz, they’re so slow and clunky.

Broken Steel fixes the ending, it’s a DLC worth getting. I thought The Pitt was fun too because I went to school in the Pittsburgh area and it showed how different regions might rebuild after the bombs. Anchorage was a waste.
The two new DLC’s they’ve announced bother me.
I thought Sony’s conference was just what they needed, some quality exclusives, and more info on some LONG awaited games.
MAG looks like it has potential, I want to hear from people that got to playtest it because as an avid FPS fan I just can’t imagine the scale being done properly, but if they did it then ya that’s fucking awesome.
Uncharted 2 looked quite a bit like Gears of War in a different setting, but we’ll see how they play up the adventureish style of it to help with that. I did hate how in the demo a 50cal helicopter gun can shred a building but can’t shoot through a desk but I digress…
GT5 got the NASCAR license, which should help fend off the pressure it was getting from the Forza series which has become a great racing sim. It also looked OUTSTANDING, I am always impressed by the graphics those guys put out(did you see how good the PSP one looked? so ridiculous).
FF13/GoW3 are just in a little category of their own though, if they don’t price drop by the time GoW3 comes out in March they are killing themselves.
Can’t wait for Square’s conference today, hopefully even more FF13 footage and some info on whether FF14 is going to be PS3 only or PC+PS3 which would make a whole lot more sense from an online point of view.

GT5 and FF13 are damn near the only reasons I would buy a PS3 right now, I would buy other games but probably only after they get discounted/used.
